  2. Review site plan submitted by Dr. Chris Berkers for a dental clinic and lease space in Commerce Crossing.
  3. Review preliminary plat for three-lot Certified Survey Map, submitted by Greg Klister, 1005 Brill Road.
  4. Discussion regarding lot line for property adjoining Glenview Park addressed as 202 West 17th Street, submitted by Eric Miller.
  5. Review and approval of TIF #10 Project Plan for the redevelopment of the former St. Al’s site. (Project Plan will be distributed at the meeting).
