Minutes of March 8, 2018, meeting.
Old Business.
- Set date for public hearing on the creation of a TIF district to facilitate the redevelopment of the former St. Al’s site.
- Discussion on placement of sanitary sewer and water to serve King’s Plat off Oakridge Avenue – part of the City’s environmental remediation TIF district. Developer to reimburse the City for any and all expenses.
New Business.
- Review and recommendation on petition to annex 1.839 acres adjoining Killian Drive from the Town of Buchanan for single-family residential development, submitted by Justin and Robin Schumacher.
- Discussion regarding letter of support to apply for Wisconsin DNR Urban Nonpoint Source and Stormwater (UNPS&SW) Management Grant.
- Discussion on Letter of Intent for the disposition of the municipally owned Carnegie Library at 105 Main Avenue.
- Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the disposition of municipally owned property.
- Return to Open Session for possible action.
Other Business.
- Update on legislative items expected to be signed by the Governor that will impact land use planning by all Wisconsin municipalities.
