Dear Director: Mr. Sundelius
1. Could dog park bridge be repaired to save funds?
The Concrete Co. is draining water on to the dog path causing mud and water pooling. Could use a culvert. Co. should pay for culvert!
2. Re: Special assessments – I think funds should come out from tax payers in general; not individuals. This would bankrup me if you come to my street. Lots of people use those streets.
3. Is there a way to stop people from using alleys they don’t live on. See 100 block alley W. 6th St. All worn out plus privacy and speed issue.
