Mission Statement
The Personnel Department is responsible for recruiting, testing and selecting employees for vacant positions which are not subject to Wisconsin State Statutes Chapter 62.13; negotiating and administering all bargaining unit labor contracts; assuring compliance with all applicable Federal and State labor laws and unemployment regulations; administering employee tuition program and employee assistance program.

Do I have to live within the City limits to work for the City of Kaukauna?
